We will refund the price you paid for the goods (including the original delivery cost, if any) within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return postage, whichever is sooner. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item under your statutory withdrawal right, unless the item is faulty or mis-described.
Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Window
Because we believe in going the extra mile, Hydrava offers a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery as a goodwill gesture and part of our customer promise. This extended window gives you more time to decide if a product is right for you – over and above your statutory 14-day right. The same conditions apply: items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, return the item promptly, and we'll process your refund. This 30-day policy is a contractual, voluntary benefit we're pleased to offer; it does not replace or alter your separate statutory cancellation right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and we will cover all return postage costs for faulty or incorrect goods.
